Indian ferro vanadium (FeV) prices fell by INR 28,250/t ($336/t) w-o-w to settle at INR 1,123,750/t ($15,747/t) exw-Raipur (FeV 50%). Lack of transactions resulted from low buyer acceptance of higher quotes. Also, fluctuations in raw material prices have impacted FeV prices. A credible source informed that weak demand for special steels has further diminished ferro vanadium demand in India, leading to expectations of continued price stagnation.
