India: Over 300,000 t of iron ore to be auctioned from Karnataka

Karnataka will auction around 312,000 t of iron ore.

• Vedanta: 8,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 51.5%) and 8,000-t lumps (6-20 mm, Fe 53%) on 23 Oct’24.
• NMDC Kumaraswamy: 100,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 59.58-64.47%) and 148,000-t fines (Fe 54.89-63.91%) on 24 Oct’24.
• NMDC Donimalai: 36,000-t fines (Fe 59%) and 12,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 59%) on 25 Oct’24.

NMDC’s prices include taxes, while Vedanta’s excludes them.
