India: UltraTech Cement’s sales volume rises 3% y-o-y in Q2FY’25

UltraTech Cement’s sales volumes rose 3% y-o-y to 26.42 mnt in Q2FY’25. The company’s EBITDA dropped by 18% y-o-y to INR 2,239 crore in Q2FY’25 against INR 2,718 crore in Q2FY’24. Profit after tax (PAT) was down by 36% y-o-y to INR 820 crore in Q2 from INR 1,281 crore in CPLY. Grey Cement’s sales realization declined 8.4% y-o-y to INR 4,901/t during the quarter from INR 5,349/t in CPLY.
