Nepalese rebar offers against cash and bank guarantees for the week were at NPR 80,000-81,000/t and NPR 82,000-83,000/t respectively amid higher raw material costs and increase in power outages up to 4 hours a day. WRC offers from the IF-EAF route were at $530-535/t ex-works Durgapur, while the last heard offers for WRC via BF-route were at $585-590/t ex-works.
