SAIL-Salem Steel Plant (SSP) concluded a reverse auction for 4,200 t of high-carbon (HC) ferro chrome (Cr: 57-63%, C: 5-8%, 10-70 mm) on 9 Oct’24. The entire material was booked at INR 120,600/t FOR (excluding GST and GEM portal charges). BigMint assessed HC ferro chrome (Cr: 60%, C: 8.5%, 10-150 mm) prices at INR 110,700/t exw-Jajpur on 11 Oct’24.
