India: Over 250,000 t of iron ore to be auctioned from Karnataka

Karnataka is set to auction around 273,202 t of iron ore.

• Vedanta: 20,000 t of siliceous lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 50.5-52%) on 8 Oct’24.
• KSMCL: 146,202 t of lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 45.69-59.31%) and 107,000 t of fines (Fe 52.39-52.88%) from its Thimmappanagudi mines in Bellary, Karnataka, on 10 Oct’24.

Prices are yet to be declared, which will be exclusive of royalty, DMF, and NMET.
