JSW Vijayanagar Metallics Limited (JVML), a subsidiary of JSW Steel, has successfully commissioned a 4.5 MTPA blast furnace at Vijayanagar, Karnataka, marking a key milestone in its 5 MTPA integrated facility project. The furnace was commissioned in just 42 months, setting one of the fastest records for a furnace of its size.
