Europe: Aperam announces stainless steel surcharges for Oct’24

Aperam, a leading global stainless steel producer, has recently announced surcharges on the sales of austenitic flat products in Oct’24. Most traded 304 (1.4301) grade prices stood at EUR 2,023/t ($2,252/t), down by EUR 28/t ($35/t) from EUR 2,051/t ($2,287/t) in Sep’24. Aperam has an annual production capacity of over 2.5 mnt of flat stainless steel, with facilities in Europe, South America, and Asia.
