“Jindal Steel and Power Ltd at Raigarh (Chattisgarh) has raised steel grade Pig Iron prices by Rs 500/t in domestic market and current price stands at Rs 26,000/t ($481, Ex-Works)”, said local Pig Iron traders.
Traders also shared that NINL (Nilanchal Ispat Nigam Ltd), the largest producer of Pig Iron in India has withdrawn their discounted offer of Rs 200/t and current price for steel grade is Rs 24,000/t (Ex-Works).
Also, RINL to get bids for its export tender of 30,000 tons steel grade Pig Iron on the 3rd of Oct.
