Hebei Iron and Steel (HBIS) Group has floated a tender for procuring 10,500 t of silico manganese (65-17) for Sep’24. Prices have declined by 8% or $127/t m-o-m. Bids for Sep’24 delivery are at RMB 5950/t ($839/t), down by RMB 250/t ($35/t) m-o-m. All prices include taxes and freight. In Sep’24, silico manganese (65-17, 25-150 mm) spot prices stood at RMB 6,065/t ($855/t) exw-Inner Mongolia.
