SMIORE conducted an auction for 24,000 t of iron ore fines (Fe 55.1-57%) on 6 Sep’24 from its Sandur mines, Karnataka. According to sources, the entire quantity was booked at INR 2,570-3,030/t against the base prices of INR 2,540-2,870/t (including royalty, DMF and NMET). Notably, bid prices increased by INR 400/t.
