Pig Iron is being quoted in the range of $440-460/t FOB Brazil for last few months from Southeast Brazil, though demand in international market is poor and buying of finished products remains dull.
Buyers of Pig Iron had piled up enough of stock during late August and first fifteen days of September.
Hence, further transactions are expected to take place below $400/t FOB Brazil on account of less demand in Brazilian domestic market.
