Pellet (Fe63%) prices in Bellary remained stable at INR 9,400/t ($112/t) exw on 3 Sep’24 compared to 30 Aug. Around 46,000 t of deals were recorded at INR 9,300-9,550/t ($111-114/t). Active buying was witnessed at current offers despite weak sentiments in the DRI and finished steel markets. Meanwhile, sponge iron (P-DRI) prices decreased by INR 200/t w-o-w to INR 25,600/t exw today.
