BRAC University (BRACU) was established in 2001, has invited a tender for purchase of 17,600 MT ordinary portland cement (BDS EN 197-1-CEM 1, 52.5N) at Meru Badda, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The tender is due on 3 Apr’16 at 14:30 Hrs.
Validity & delivery of offer: The offer will be valid for 15 days from the date of tender submission and the delivery period of the material is from 15 Apr’16 to 31 Dec’16.
Non-enlisted bidders shall submit the copy of following documents:
1. Trade license
2. Vat registration certificate
3. Relevant experience of minimum 5 years
4. Up to date tax payment receipt
5. Manufacturer authorization letter
6. Bank statement of last 6 months
Note:
1. Supplier needs to mention the quantity of weekly supply in the quotation.
2. Supplier must be willing to provide 2 Silo having 100 MT capacity each at construction site. Delivery and setup time of Silo must be mentioned in quotation
3. Inspection of cement factory will be done by BRACU authorities
4. Different ball mills must be used for production of OPC and PPC
5. Sample must be submitted along with quotation
