JSW Steel Ltd conducted an auction for around 300,000 t of iron ore fines (Fe 54%) from its Jajang mines, Odisha on 2 Sep’24. According to the sources, only 47,400 t of fines got booked at the base price of INR 1,400/t. Price is on ex-mines basis/plot basis and inclusive of royalty, DMF, and NMET.
