Europe: Aperam announces stainless steel surcharges for Sep’24

Aperam, a leading global stainless steel producer, has recently announced surcharges on the sales of austenitic flat products in Sep’24. Most traded 304 (1.4301) grade prices stood at EUR 2,051/t ($2,288/t), down by EUR 109/t ($122/t) from EUR 2,160/t ($2,409/t) in Aug’24. Aperam has over 2.5 mnt/year of flat stainless steel production capacity with facilities in Europe, South America, and Asia.
