Vizag Steel has floated a tender for export of various steel products including billets, blooms, rounds, cast rounds, and structures. The company is offering a total quantity of 74,000 MT to other countries.
The company, in the tender, has offered around 20,000 MT billet and 30,000 MT bloom, and has scheduled the delivery of material till 15 May’16 FoB Visakhapatnam Port or Gangavaram Port on direct export basis. Last date for bid submission is 11 Apr’16 at 15:00 hrs.

Last export tender held on 15 Dec’15 for 130,000 MT billet & bloom. The deal was finalized for only 80,000 MT bloom with a Singapore based trading company at USD 262/MT, FoB Vizag Port, while billet offered in the tender remain unsold. The cargo was shipped to Bangladesh.

Vizag Steel issues another export tender for 2,750 MT Billet, Bloom, Wire Rod & Rebar each specifically for Nepal
In its another tender, the company has offered a total quantity 11,000 MT steel products for exports only to Nepal. The delivery is scheduled up to 31 May’16. The delivery basis is ex-Plant Visakhapatnam basis. The last date for bid submission is 11 Apr’16 at 15:00 hrs.
