India: KSMCL to auction nearly 450,000 t of iron ore from Karnataka

KSMCL has scheduled an auction for 449,202 t of iron ore from its Thimmappanagudi and Subbrayanahalli mines in Bellary, Karnataka.

• 154,202 t of lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 45.69-59.31%) and 107,000 t fines (Fe 52.39-52.88%) on 27 Aug’24.
• 16,000 t lumps ( 10-40 mm, Fe 64.13%) and 172,000 t fines (Fe 61.49-63.22%) on 28 Aug’24.
• The floor prices, which will be on ex-mines basis excluding royalty, DMF, and NMET, are yet to be declared.
