SAIL has issued a purchase tender for 128 t of low-carbon ferro chrome (Cr:60%, C: 0.1% max, size: 10-30 mm) for its Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) in Odhisha. The last date for submission of bids is 30 Aug’24 and the bid offer is valid for 90 days from the end date. BigMint assessed ferro chrome (LC 60%, 10-60mm) prices at INR 219,000/t exw-Durgapur on 14 Aug.
