Sweden: LKAB’s pellet output remains stable y-o-y in Q2CY’24

LKAB’s pellet output stood at 5.3 mnt in Q2C’Y24, stable as compared to Q2CY’23 amid extensive scheduled maintenance stoppages and production interruptions.
LKAB’s delivery volumes for the quarter rose by 10% y-o-y to 6.4 mnt in Q2CY’24 against 5.8 mnt in Q2CY’23.
Out of total deliveries, the volume used for pellet production stood at 87% as against 81% in Q2CY’23.
