Ukraine: Steelmaker’s rolled steel production rises by 11% y-o-y in Jul’24

Ukrainian steelmakers have released its production figures for Jul’24.

• Production volumes of rolled products saw a 11.4% y-o-y rise to 588,600 t. On m-o-m basis the output edged up by 3% in Jul’24.
• Steel production rose by 17.9% y-o-y to 708,900 t. In Jul’24, steel output decreased by 3.5% m-o-m.
• Pig iron output went up by 15.5% y-o-y to 621,400 t in Jul’24. Output down by 1.1% m-o-m.
