SMIORE had an auction for 34,000 t of iron ore on 5 Aug’24 from its Sandur mines.
- 20,000 t fines (Fe 54-55.10%) got booked at INR 2,650-2,870/t.
- 4,000 t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 57.7%) were booked at INR 4,820/t while 1,000 t lumps (5-20 mm, Fe 55%) got booked at INR 4,560/t
- Prices are on ex-mines basis, including royalty, DMF and NMET.
