India: SMIORE’s iron ore output, sales rise sharply y-o-y in Q1FY’25

Sandur Manganese and Iron Ores Limited (SMIORE) recorded iron ore production at 869,000 t in Q1FY’25, a significant y-o-y rise of 115% as against 405,000 t in Q1FY’24.
Iron ore sales also went up by 137% y-o-y to 1.07 mnt in Q1FY’25 as compared to 452,000 t in the same period of last year.
Price realisations for iron ore sales were higher by 9% y-o-y in Q1FY’25.
