Ukraine: Zaporizhstal reports 4% y-o-y growth in steel production in July’24

Ukrainian steel mill Zaporizhstal has released its production figures for July’24.

• Steel production increased by 4.2% y-o-y to 250,800 t. In July’24, steel output increased by 6% m-o-m.
• Pig iron output remained stable y-o-y at 262,000 t in July’24. However, output went up by 10.5% m-o-m.
• Production volume of rolled products saw a 3% y-o-y increase to 202,000 t. M-o-m, output went up by 10.4% in July’24.
