India: Adani Ports’ cargo volumes rise 8% y-o-y in Q1FY’25

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) has reported 8% y-o-y growth in cargo volumes to 109 million metric tonnes (mmt) in Q1FY’25 against 101.4 mmt in Q1FY’24. Mundra port handled the highest ever quarterly volume by any Indian port (51 mmt). The company’s revenue rose 21% y-o-y to INR 7,560 crore during the quarter from INR 6,248 crore in the CPLY. EBITDA increased 29% on the year to INR 4,848 crore in Q1.
