NMDC conducted an auction for 20,000 t of Baila ROM (10-150 mm, Fe 65.5%) from its Bacheli mines in Chhattisgarh on 31 Jul’24. According to the sources, out of the total quantity, 10,000 t ROM got booked at the base price of INR 5,970/t. Price is on FOT ex-stockpile/mines basis and inclusive of royalty, DMF and NMET.
