Serajuddin Mines receive Mining Permit from Odisha Govt

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government today granted mining permit to Serajudin Balda mines which temporarily held up on 28th Jan’6 in the Joda mining Circle. The permission was held up due to low production of iron ore below the fixed annual limit.

The annual iron ore production limit of the Balda mines is fixed at 15 MnT for the current financial year, but the till February the production has been well below the limit.

Serajuddin Mines has not yet open Iron ore price for Mar’16 booking. Rungta and KJS Ahluwalia mines that fall under declared mines category, post DMF has already increased price upto INR 200/MT. KJS offer of Iron ore 5/18MM Fe 63 at INR 2,350/MT and Serajuddin last traded in Jan’16 was at INR 2,150/MT
