NMDC conducted an auction for 41,000 t of iron ore pellets (6-16 mm, Fe 63%) from its Donimalai plant in Bellary on 26 Jul’24. According to the sources, entire quantity got booked at the base price of INR 9,200/t. Price is on ex-plant FOT basis, excluding taxes. Active pellet trades have been witnessed recently amid restocking activities.
