SAIL-Salem Steel Plant (SSP) has issued a purchase tender for 2,125 t of medium carbon (MC) silico manganese (Mn: 55%, 10-70 mm). The last date for submission of bids is 3 Aug’24 and the bid offer is valid for 60 days. According to BigMint’s assessment, silico manganese (Mn: 53%, 10-150 mm) prices stood at INR 81,600/t exw-Durgapur on 18 Jul’24.
