India: Buyers book over 20,000 t of iron ore lumps in Karnataka auction

SMIORE: 11,000 t of lumps (5-40 mm, Fe 55-57.7%) got booked at INR 3,860-5,310/t from its Sandur mines on 20 Jul’24.
Vedanta: 12,000 t of lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 52.5%) got booked at base price of INR 3,150/t from its A.Narrain mines on 23 Jul’24. SMIORE’s prices include taxes while Vedanta’s exclude.
