Rathi Steel & Power Limited received a INR 7.8 crore (including GST) order to supply stainless steel products to Bansal Wire Industries Ltd., a leader in downstream applications. This transaction is not related party and is conducted at arm’s length, complying with SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 and our fair disclosure practices.
