OMC will auction 65,700 t of chrome ore from the South Kaliapani and Sukrangi mines on 20 Jul’24. The offered quantity has been increased by 5,600 t, with base prices down marginally by 0.5-4.8% (INR 35-892/t) m-o-m across grades. OMC has not significantly reduced the base price. Around 2,900 t of lumps and fines (32-42%) will also be offered from the Bangur mines.
