Turkish imported ferrous scrap prices witnessed a slight uptick in recent deal booked by a West Marmara region-based mill on 16 Jul’24 from Europe-origin.
- HMS (80:20) sold at $390/t CFR.
- Shredded sold at $410/t.
Turkish mills were reportedly in a wait-and-see mode before finalising August bookings, remaining slow at the start of the week.
