Iran: Domestic billet, rebar prices fall amid bearish market sentiments

Iran’s domestic billet prices witnessed a decrease this week amid sluggish demand and fall in DRI prices after recovering last week. Followed by decrease in billet prices and weak finished steel market sentiments, rebar prices also witnessed a drop, sources informed BigMint.

• Billet prices fell by 4,400 rial/kg to 245,200 rial/kg as against 3 Jul.
• Rebar prices stood at 279,000 rial/kg, a decrease of 6,000 rial/kg.
