Pellet (Fe63%) prices in Bellary, Karnataka edged down by INR 50/t to INR 10,000/t exw on 5 Jul’24 compared to 2 Jul. Around 7,000 t of deals were concluded at INR 9,900-10,100/t. Buyers booked less material amid drop in sponge prices and waited for price correction to conclude new deals. Meanwhile, sponge iron (P-DRI) prices dipped by INR 250/t w-o-w to INR 26,350/t exw today.
