India: Over 440,000 t of iron ore to be auctioned from Karnataka

Karnataka is set to auction 444,000 t of iron ore

• NMDC Kumaraswamy: 144,000 t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 59.03-63.33%) and 252,000 t fines (Fe 58.46-62.27%) on 6 Jul’24.
• NMDC Donimalai: 8,000 t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 59%) and 32,000 t fines (Fe 59%) on 8 Jul’24.
• VESCO: 8,000 t lumps (10-20 mm, Fe 64.05-64.20%) from its Dharmapuri iron ore mines, on 10 Jul’24. Floor prices are set at INR 7,200-7,275/t.
