Pellet (Fe63%) prices in Bellary, Karnataka fell by INR 100/t to INR 10,050/t exw on 28 Jun’24 compared to 25 June. 40,000 t of deals were concluded at INR 9,950-10,400/t. Active trades were witnessed at lower prices by buyers with the onset of monsoon driving pellet prices down. However, sponge iron (P-DRI) prices remained largely stable w-o-w at INR 26,600/t exw today.
