India: SAIL-DSP’s 2,500 t pig iron auction receives active participation

SAIL-Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP) held an auction for 2,500 t of steel grade pig iron on 28 Jun’24. Total quantity was booked at an average price of INR 37,000/t exw. The last auction was conducted on 2,500 t of steel grade pig iron on 4 Jun’24 in which the entire quantity of 2,500 t were booked at an average price of INR 39,800/t exw.
