Australian coking coal prices fell by $16/t to $239/t FOB on 22 Jun’24 due to sufficient supplies in Jul, unsold Jun cargoes, and low tradable prices. A deal for a 40,000 t for July-loading of Moranbah North brand PHCC was concluded at $239/t FOB Australia. This price drop will aid countries facing margin declines in restocking their coking coal supplies.
