Karnataka Rural Infrastructure Development Limited (KRIDL) issues two purchase tenders of cement for there projects across Karnataka. The first tender is of 82,500 MT for South Bangaluru, Mysuru, BBMP and Central zone and the second tender is of 67,500 MT for North Belagavi & Kalaburagi zone.
The contract period is for 3 months from the date of acceptance and the offer will be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of techno-commercial bid.
Period of supply
The supply will be delivered within 15 days from the date of Supply Order. The penalty for the delay in supply will be 1% of the value of supply order for every week’s delay subject to a maximum of 10%
Eligibility criteria
1. Annual turnover for any of the two years of last three financial years should not be less than INR 100 crore.
2. Bidder must be a manufacturer of cement and should have the manufacturer license/registration certificate.
3. Bidder shall bear all royalties which they will be required to pay to government or other organization.

Bid submission due date: 16:00 hrs on 29 Feb’16
Technical Bid opening date: 16:00 hrs on 1 Mar’16
Price Bid opening date: 16:00 hrs on 2 Mar’16
