South Korean steel giant POSCO has decided to lower scrap procurement prices starting 14 June, 2024. The company plans to reduce the purchase price of certain grades of iron scrap, including compressed (lightweight) A, B, and Guillotine A and B, by KRW 10,000/t ($7/t).
