Spot prices of iron ore fines (Fe 62%) remained stable d-o-d at $109.25/t CFR China on 7 Jun’24 amid the mixed market sentiments ahead of the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival on 10 June. As per the reports, the current market sentiment is still quite pessimistic, molten iron production has been declining and downstream demand remains weak. Most mills have finished their procurements before the holidays.
