An Estonia-origin bulk scrap cargo with HMS (80:20) and bonus was booked by an Aegean mill at $382/t and $402/t CFR Turkiye. European HMS (80:20) prices are higher than the US due to increased costs and limited availability. US-origin HMS (90:10) was offered at $390/t CFR. Turkish mills raised rebar offers to $580-590/t FOB in response to rising scrap prices.
