Sandur Manganese and Iron Ores Ltd (SMIORE) will conduct an auction on 31 May’24 for 34,272 t of manganese ore (Mn20-35%, -10-100mm) from Bellary, Karnataka. In the last auction on 30 Apr, 40,320 t of manganese ore was on offer. According to sources, out of this total quantity, around 22,170 t (Mn20-35%) was booked, while around 18,150 t remained unsold.
