KSMCL had an auction for 104,000 t of iron ore on 18 May’24 from its Subbarayanahalli iron ore mines.
- 32,000 t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 62.11-62.57%) got booked at INR 5,310-5,701/t against INR 5,271-5,310/t
- 4,000 t fines (Fe 63.22%) got booked at base price of INR 5,157/t.
- Prices are on ex-mines basis, excluding royalty, DMF and NMET.
