SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) held an auction for 4,950 t of steel-grade pig iron on 17 May’24. According to sources, the entire quantity was booked at an average price of INR 42,100/t exw. Bids increased by INR 1,550/t compared to the last auction (22 April) at which the entire quantity was booked at an average price of INR 40,550/t exw.
