Vedanta Limited has scheduled an auction for 20,000 t of iron ore lumps (6-20 mm, Fe 54-55%) from its A.Narrain Mines, Karnataka. The auction will be held on 8 May’24. The floor price which is set at INR 3,750-3,790/t is on ex-mines/ex-lot basis and exclusive of royalty, DMF and NMET. In its previous auction on 4 May’24, 8,000 t of lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 53.5%) was booked at base price of INR 3,500/t.
