Hindustan Zinc Ltd. (HZL) has reduced zinc and lead ingot prices by up to INR 2,000/t ($24/t) today. Zinc ingots are now at INR 279,600/t ($3,349/t), down INR 600/t ($7/t) compared to prices on 2 May. Meanwhile, lead ingot prices have fallen by INR 2,000/t ($24/t) to INR 209,700/t ($2,512/t) ex-Jodhpur. LME zinc prices are at $2,900/t, and lead at $2,218/t.
