Thailand’s ferrous scrap imports stood at 91,526 t in Mar’24, marking a drop of 3% as against 94,428 t in Feb. Similarly, imports registered a sharp fall of 30% y-o-y compared to 131,652 t in Mar’23. The US emerged as the leading exporter at 21,062 t followed by Australia and Cambodia at 15,144 t and 8,460 t, respectively.
