SAIL-Rourkela Steel Plant held an auction for 9,000 t of steel grade pig iron on 18 Apr’24. The entire quantity was booked at an average price of INR 40,250/t exw. The last auction was conducted for 6,000 t of steel grade pig iron on 10 April in which the entire quantity was booked at an average price of INR 38,800/t exw.
